Discount Codes
How codes work at checkout and what they cannot be combined with.
Amounts, windows and limits on this page are drafts that aali confirms before launch.
What a discount code is
A discount code is a string of letters and numbers that aali issues for a campaign, a partner, an employer or an event. The code states the value of the discount, the courses or programmes it is good for, and when it expires.
How to use it
Enter the code in the code box at checkout before you pay. A code cannot be added to an order already paid, and it is not applied to earlier orders.
Rules of use
- One code per order.
- A code cannot be combined with another code, with past-learner pricing, or with any other offer or financial aid.
- A code works only for the courses or programmes it names, and only until its expiry date.
- A code has no cash value and may not be sold or posted publicly unless aali issued it for sharing.
- The payment and refunds policy applies to the amount after the discount, so the refund is of what was actually paid.
Who issues codes
aali alone issues codes. A code that appears outside our official channels or is offered for sale does not come from us, and we are not bound by it. We may issue an employer a code that covers part of the fees; the covered part is deducted and you pay the rest.
Expiry
A code expires at the end of the day on its date, Riyadh time [time zone: draft]. It is extended after expiry only by the team's decision, and only if the fault was ours.
If a code does not work
A code may fail because it has expired, does not cover your course, has been used already or clashes with another offer. Write to support with your code and order number and we will look into it fairly.
Misuse
If a code is used against these rules, for example by selling it or inventing codes, we may cancel the code and the enrolment tied to it, and the fees are handled under the payment and refunds policy.
Groups and organisations
Organisations contact us for group pricing instead of using codes. Codes that aali issues to employers are shown with their terms before payment.
