Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 Nov 2026 (draft date)

This text is a draft for review by counsel before launch.

About these terms

These terms set the rules for using the aali website and for studying at aali, the online business school run by [legal entity: to be confirmed] ("aali" or "we"), a company of the onvuo group. By creating an account, enrolling in a course or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use aali

aali is for adults. To create an account or enrol in a course you must:

  • be 18 years old or older;
  • give accurate, current details and update them when they change;
  • use one account only, in your own name;
  • keep your password private, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your access with colleagues, even when your employer pays for the course.

Enrolment and payment

Your enrolment is confirmed when we have received the full fee by the pay-by date on the course page, normally two days before a cohort starts. Prices are in Saudi riyals and are drafts until launch. Checkout shows whether tax is included in the price or added to it [tax treatment: to be confirmed].

Refunds, deferrals and discounts follow the programme policies, which are part of these terms: payment and refunds, changing programme status, discount codes and past-learner pricing. If a policy and another page of this site differ, the policy applies.

Course content and intellectual property

Course materials, including cases, readings, recordings, tools and templates, belong to aali or to the people who license them to us. While you are enrolled, we give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning. You may not:

  • copy, sell, publish or share them outside your cohort;
  • record or broadcast live sessions;
  • use them to train a model or to build a competing product.

Your own work stays yours. By submitting it, you allow aali to host it, to show it to your cohort when the course calls for that, and to use it to assess and run the course. We will not publish your work under your name without asking you first.

Conduct

Learning here is a shared effort. You agree to follow the community values and honor code and the conduct policy. In particular, you will not harass or discriminate against others, hand in work that is not your own, upload unlawful or harmful material, scrape or disrupt the site, or pretend to be someone else. We may remove content and suspend access if these rules are broken, as the conduct policy explains.

Certificates

When you meet the completion requirements of a course or programme, aali issues a certificate of completion. It records that you completed study at aali. It is not a degree, it is not an accredited qualification, and aali makes no claim that it is. We may withdraw a certificate that was obtained dishonestly. Anyone can check a certificate on the verification page.

What aali does and does not promise

We teach with care and aim to run every course as described. Business education can help your career, but we do not promise a job, a promotion, a raise or any other result. Dates, teachers, formats and materials may change; if we cancel a cohort you can move to another start date or receive a full refund.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, aali is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost opportunity arising from your use of the site or the courses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Suspension and ending

You may close your account at any time; fees are handled as the payment and refunds policy says. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, with notice where we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies, and show the date of the latest update at the top of the page. If you keep using aali after that date, the new terms apply to you.

Applicable law and disputes

The law that applies to these terms, and the court or body that hears disputes, are not settled yet: [jurisdiction: to be confirmed]. Before any formal step, please write to us so that we can try to settle the matter.
