FAQs
Payments & Financial Aid
Ways to pay, instalments, financial aid and employer funding. The rules and figures in these answers are drafts until aali's team confirms them.
What does the course fee include?
The fee covers teaching, case materials, exercises, discussion with your cohort, feedback, support and your certificate of completion. Books you choose to read beyond the course are extra. The price on each page is a draft in Saudi riyals until aali's team confirms it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The draft plan covers bank cards, mada and Apple Pay, plus bank transfer for organisations. The final list is set when the payment provider is chosen, and it is shown at checkout, never in an email. We never ask for card details by email.
Can I pay in instalments?
Programmes can be paid in two or four instalments (draft), as shown on each programme page; a single course is paid once. The draft plan adds no interest or fee to instalments, and the whole programme opens with the first payment.
Is there financial aid?
aali is preparing a financial aid fund (draft): partial support for learners who show need, awarded in set application windows. The amounts and windows are not decided yet. Read the financial options page for the current draft and other ways to fund your learning.
Can my employer pay for me?
Yes, and it is a common way to fund study. The employer reimbursement guide gives five steps and a list of what to attach: the syllabus, your acceptance and, later, your certificate. Employers can also pay directly through the organisations route.
Are there extra fees or taxes?
The price shown at checkout is what you pay. If tax applies to your purchase, it appears as its own line before you confirm (draft). Your bank may charge its own fee on foreign cards, which aali cannot see or control.
Do I get an invoice or a receipt?
Yes. A receipt is emailed after every payment, and you can download an invoice in your name or your company's, with its tax number, from the account portal. Ask support to reissue one within 30 days (draft) if you need it.
Is there a discount for taking more than one course?
Programmes bundle courses at a lower price than buying them one by one (draft). A learner who finished a course may also get a returning-learner discount on the next (draft). Codes are entered at checkout, and two codes cannot be combined.
Which currency am I charged in?
In Saudi riyals. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate, so the figure on your statement may differ slightly. aali adds no conversion margin (draft).
What if my payment fails?
Try again, or use another card. A failed payment does not hold a seat; a seat is yours only once payment clears. If money left your account with no confirmation email, write to support with the date and amount and we check within two working days (draft).
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within the draft refund window: 24 hours from payment, before the course starts (draft). After that fees are not refunded, but you can defer. The details are in the policies group and on the payment and refunds policy page.
What do organisations pay?
Groups of five or more learners get group pricing (draft). The price depends on the number of seats and on whether the cohort is public or private to your team. Request information on the organisations page and we reply with a written quote.
Are there special rates for non-profits and universities?
We plan special pricing for non-profits and universities, set case by case (draft). A learner who cannot afford the fee should look at financial aid first. No rates are fixed yet, so use the organisations request form to discuss your case.
