The rules and figures in these answers are drafts until aali's team confirms them.

How do I enrol in a course?

Open the course page, pick a start date if the course runs in cohorts, and press Enrol. You enter your details, pay, and receive a confirmation. On-demand courses open as soon as payment clears. Enrolment itself opens with the account portal at launch (draft).

Who can enrol?

Anyone aged 18 or over (draft) who can read the course language and has a working email address. No degree and no business experience is needed, unless the course page lists a prerequisite.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The draft plan covers bank cards, mada and Apple Pay, plus bank transfer for organisations. The final list is set when the payment provider is chosen, and it is shown at checkout, never in an email. We never ask for card details by email.

Is there financial aid?

aali is preparing a financial aid fund (draft): partial support for learners who show need, awarded in set application windows. The amounts and windows are not decided yet. Read the financial options page for the current draft and other ways to fund your learning.

What is the difference between a cohort course and an on-demand one?

A cohort course starts on a set date and you move through it with the same group, with a weekly discussion. An on-demand course starts the day you enrol and you set your own pace within the access period. A sprint is a short on-demand course of a few hours.

What do I receive when I finish a course?

An aali certificate of completion: a PDF with your name, the course title, the completion date and a credential id. After three courses in one subject within 18 months you can also earn a specialisation certificate. aali claims no degree and no accreditation.

What is the refund policy?

The draft rule: you get a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of paying and before the course starts (draft). After that there is no refund, but you can defer your place. The payment and refunds page sets out the cases.

How do I reach support?

Enrolled learners write through the account portal, which opens at launch (draft). Until then, use the contact page. We aim to answer within two working days (draft). Name the course and what happened so we can answer faster.
