FAQs
For Organisations
Group agreements, private cohorts, invoicing and reporting. The rules and figures in these answers are drafts until aali's team confirms them.
Who can sign a group agreement?
Any company, public body, university or non-profit that wants to enrol five or more learners (draft). Smaller teams can enrol as individuals and ask for the group price later. We agree scope, price and dates in writing.
Can the courses be customised?
The course content stays the same so every learner gets the same teaching. For private cohorts we can add examples from your sector, choose the cases and hold a session with your leaders (draft); this is agreed in the quote.
How do we build a programme for our team?
Pick three or four courses that cover the skills your team needs, or ask us for a suggestion. They can be spread over several months so the team learns the same ideas together and applies them to a shared problem.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay per learner for the courses or programmes you choose (draft). There is no recurring fee and no minimum term. If you need access for a whole year, we agree seats and dates in the quote.
Can we host the courses in our own learning system?
Not in the draft plan. Learners study on aali's platform, which keeps discussion, cases and certificates in one place. We are open to talking about reporting links, so tell us what you need when you request information.
How are the courses delivered to teams?
In two ways: a public cohort, where your people learn with learners from other organisations, or a private cohort only for your team, with its own start date and discussion group. Both are online, and we help you pick the better fit for your team size.
Can a teacher join our team for a session?
Private cohorts can include a live online session with a teacher on your own topic (draft). Ask when you request information; teachers are confirmed for each request, and the topic and length are agreed in the quote.
How do our people enrol?
You send us a list of names and emails, or a sign-up link; each person receives an invitation to create an account and is placed in the cohort. You can pay for all seats up front, or we can invoice per learner.
How fast can we start?
For public cohorts, the next start date after signing. A private cohort usually takes four to six weeks (draft) to agree the quote, confirm dates and invite learners. Tell us your target date early.
Can we use aali's name or logo?
Only with written permission. A learner may name a course on their CV; an organisation that wants to say it works with aali, or to put the logo in a report, asks first. We list client names only with their agreement.
Will we see how our people are doing?
Yes: a summary per cohort showing who has started, finished and earned the certificate (draft). Discussion posts and exercise answers stay with the learner unless they choose to share them. The summary reaches you by email or from the account.
