The syllabus.

3 modules and about 5 hours.

Module 1 · 2 hStart: a good request

You learn the shape of a good request: role, context, task and format, try it on three tasks from your work, and compare the result of a vague request with that of a precise one.

Module 2 · 2 hOn your work tasks

You apply the tool to summarising a report, drafting a message and analysing a simple table, refine the result with follow-up questions until it fits, and save the requests that work.

Module 3 · 1 hChecking, limits and your weekly habit

You learn to catch errors and invented facts and which data must never go in, then plan a weekly habit that fits the tool into your work.
