The syllabus.

4 modules and about 36 hours.

Module 1 · 9 hWhat AI actually does

You try generative tools and analyse why they succeed and fail, distinguish machine learning, generative tools and automation, and sort tasks in your work into those that suit them and those that do not.

Module 2 · 9 hChoosing use cases

You list ten opportunities in your company, score them on impact, ease and data quality, pick one, and study an insurer that started with a small project that worked.

Module 3 · 9 hCost, return and risk

You build a table of the solution's cost and return, examine privacy, bias and error risks, and set human checks that review outputs before they reach a customer.

Module 4 · 9 hLeading adoption

You design a three-month pilot with your team, address employees' fear for their jobs, decide when to scale and when to stop, and present the proposal in a short briefing.
