Why companies work with aali

When a company trains its people it wants to see who finished, what changed and what it paid. aali's corporate solutions are shaped around those questions: completion tracking, applying what is learned to the team's work, group pricing, group enrolment and reports. The course itself is the same case-based one individuals take.

Six benefits for your team

  • 01

    Completion tracking

See who started and who finished each course, and know where the team is stalling before it stalls.

  • 02

    Applied impact

Each unit ends with a tool the learner carries into a project, so the effect reaches the team's work.

  • 03

    Group pricing

A lower price per learner when you enrol five or more. No published percentage; we work it out with you in a written offer.

  • 04

    Streamlined enrolment

One list or invitation codes and one invoice to the organisation, so training does not become an administrative burden.

  • 05

    Progress reports

A regular report to the training lead on attendance and progress for each participant, without showing personal answers.

  • 06

    Support

A team that answers the learner and the training lead in Arabic and English on access, payment and dates.

What our clients say

We hold two slots for the words of two real clients. We will not put words in anyone's mouth or name a company before it agrees to be named. When the words arrive we will print them as agreed, with name, role and company, without changing the meaning or polishing what was said.

A slot for a word from a training lead at a company learning with aali, published with their consent and their company's.

In good company

The company logos here are held slots marked draft. Each is added once the company agrees in writing, and no company appears in these cells today. Any company may ask for its logo to be removed at any time, and we will not place a logo whose owner has not asked for it.

Top questions

Who qualifies for a group agreement?

Any organisation enrolling five or more learners in one course or more, from a single team or from different departments. There is no upper limit on size. We set the price once we know the number of participants and courses, and put it in a short agreement your organisation signs.

Can the courses be customised?

We keep the substance of each course because its cases and tools are built with care, but we can pick the cases closest to your sector, add a session for your team and tie the final exercise to a real problem of yours. We set out what is possible on the first call.

Can our team learn together?

Yes, in a private cohort for your team alone or with seats in a public cohort. In a private one you discuss cases like your own company, and in a public one you hear from learners outside it. Many organisations combine the two.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay only for the courses and programmes you enrol in, with no automatic renewal and no monthly fee. If you want more courses later, the pricing agreement stays valid for a period we agree on.

Can the courses be hosted in our learning system?

The courses run on aali's own platform, which is what makes live discussion and reports possible. We can share enrolment lists and progress data with you; placing the content inside your system is a conversation to have with our team.

How are the courses delivered?

Entirely online: a weekly case, a live session, a discussion and tools to apply. No travel and no time off work, and your staff can follow from different cities; each course states its weekly time in advance.

Can a teacher join as a guest?

A private session with one of our teachers can be arranged for your team, subject to availability. It is usually a case discussion or a question-and-answer on the course topic. The cost is agreed in advance and is a draft for now.

How do we enrol participants?

You send us a list of names and emails and we enrol them, or we give you invitation codes that each participant uses to enrol themselves. One invoice comes to your organisation instead of each employee paying.

How fast can we start?

In public cohorts you start on the nearest announced start date. In private cohorts it depends on size and schedule, and we usually begin within a few weeks of signing the agreement.

Can we use aali's logo?

You may mention aali's name in internal communication about the training, but using our logo externally needs prior written approval. We send you the usage guidelines, and we ask the same regarding your logo.
