Where is it held?
The place is a draft. We will publish the address, a map and arrival notes at the announcement.
What should I bring?
Your ticket or its code, an ID, a notebook and a phone charger. We will send a fuller list before the day.
What should I wear?
What you would wear on a good day at work: smart and comfortable. Comfort matters most for a full day.
Is food provided?
We plan light refreshments and lunch (draft). Tell us your dietary needs when you register.
How do I get there and where do I park?
We publish travel and parking notes with the address, including the nearest public transport if there is any.
Do I need a visa?
If you are travelling from abroad, check entry rules early. We can send you a letter confirming your registration (draft).
Can I bring my children?
We have not yet set what we can offer for children. We will make it clear before registration opens (draft).
