How do I ask for an accommodation?

Write what you need on the registration form or message us from the contact page, ideally early. We reply with what we can offer.

Is the venue accessible for reduced mobility?

We choose and describe the venue: entrances, lifts and accessible toilets. This is a draft until the venue is chosen.

Are captions or interpreting available?

We plan live captions in Arabic and English, and sign language on request (draft).

What about dietary and prayer needs?

Record your dietary needs on the form, and we set aside a prayer space at the venue (draft).

Is there a quiet space?

We plan a quiet room for a break from noise and crowds (draft).
